Malacañang is going to investigate online reports regarding the supposed ouster plot against President Rodrigo Duterte dubbed as "LeniLeaks,” according to Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar.
Andanar stated that National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr., already ordered thorough investigation of the sources of the information.
The “LeniLeaks” is a leaked email between Filipino-American philanthropist Loida Nicolas-Lewis and her sister Imelda Nicolas, former chairperson of the Commission on Filipino Overseas on the alleged blueprints of ousting President Duterte.
It was alleged that Vice-President Leni Robredo was part of the "Ouster Duterte" movement. Robredo, however, already denied the ouster plot against Duterte.
