Former SAF cheif on Mamasapano: It was PNoy who ordered the mission
Former SAF chief Getulio Napeñas said he had no idea about the $5 million bounty for the head of Malaysian terrorist Zulkifli Abdhir or Marwan , supposedly being the motivation for the operation that resulted in the death of at least 60 people, including 44 police commandos, last year.

Napeñas reiterated in a text message he sent to GMA News Online that it was former President Aquino who ordered the mission.

Earlier, President Rodrigo Duterte said deadly Mamasapano incident in 2015 was a sad consequence of running after the $5-million bounty for the head of Malaysian terrorist Zulkifli Abdhir, also known as Marwan and added that he will not allow another Mamasapano incident to happen during his watch.
